  • Contact Stage: Once we identify the right candidates as per the client's staffing needs, we contact them on a direct, personal and confidential basis. We put forth the job opportunity, the responsibilities associated with it and potential of the position in front of them. We then short list the candidates who are best suited for the position based upon their past performance and achievements as well as their ability to deliver their existing company goals

  • Recruitment Stage: The next step in our recruitment services process is to screen the candidates and interview them based upon their skills, achievements and cultural fit for the job opportunity. This process enables us to narrow our selection of potential candidates to a group of finalists who are the best amongst the best

  • Preliminary Interviews: At this stage a set of preliminary questions are made for the candidate according to his area of expertise. For senior positions the capable candidates are first shortlisted and with a prior appointment for the interview the candidates are being called

  • Informal reference check: The kinds of references that are being given are further checked by us and are verified for their achievements and experience.

  • Presentation Stage: These finalists are introduced to the client company through discussions on job history, accomplishments and cultural fit. Once we are convinced that a strong mutual interest develops, the conversation moves forward and interviews begin

  • Negotiation Stage: We become a means of communication between the candidate and the client company to clarify all questions regarding salary terms, benefits and relocation, if required

  • Formal Reference Check: Finally we do a proper reference check talking about the candidate’s previous work experience & police verification (if required by client) etc.

  • Partnership Stage: To ensure a smooth transition we maintain communications with both, the candidate as well as the client company throughout the process

  • • Closer

  • The final phase is of negotiation and follow up during which the salary packages, time of joining, offer letter everything is decided. We always try to be in touch during the follow up process. Apart from this we keep a follow up with the client as well as the candidate when the candidate joins the organization.
