Contact Stage: Once we identify the right candidates as per the client's staffing needs, we contact them on a direct, personal and confidential basis. We put forth the job opportunity, the responsibilities associated with it and potential of the position in front of them. We then short list the candidates who are best suited for the position based upon their past performance and achievements as well as their ability to deliver their existing company goals
Recruitment Stage: The next step in our recruitment services process is to screen the candidates and interview them based upon their skills, achievements and cultural fit for the job opportunity. Preliminary Interviews: At this stage a set of preliminary questions are made for the candidate according to his area of expertise. For senior positions the capable candidates are first shortlisted and with a prior appointment for the interview the candidates are being called
